The spectacles used by legendary actor Humayun Faridi were sold at auction to raise money to deal with the Corona virus disaster. A Bangladeshi expatriate from Hungary has bought his glasses for 3 lakh 25 thousand 12 rupees. On Thursday (April 30) at 12 midnight, the auction of Humayun Faridi's spectacles was completed live on the Facebook page called 'Action for Action'. Shararat Islam, the only daughter of Humayun Faridi took part in that time. Besides, actor Afzal Hossain, Misha Saudagar, Afsana Mim, Iresh Jaker, Saju Khadem and many others took part.

The auction started at 11 pm. Bids start from Rs 1 lakh. Then it stopped at 3 lakh 25 thousand 12 o'clock. The auctioneer kept his name secret. It is learned that the entire proceeds of the auction will be used to deal with the Corona virus. Recently, a bat of cricketer Shakib Al Hasan was sold at auction for Tk 20 lakh. Besides, a fan of musician and actor Tahsan has bought a special offer package for Tk 6.5 lakh.
