Students are being admitted to the colleges from Sunday after completing a few steps of admission in class XI. Admission to the college can be done till September 18.

Dhaka Board College Inspector. Haroon Aur Rashid said that students are being admitted in class XI from Sunday as per the pre-announced schedule.

He said, “I am getting complaints that some institutions are charging higher fees. We will talk to the companies that have received complaints that they are charging high fees. The government cannot charge more than the prescribed fee. "

This time, the government has instructed the educational institutions to admit the students in class XI without submitting any academic transcripts, testimonials, and certificates.

If the epidemic improves, a copy of these attested certificates should be submitted to the college at a convenient time. However, the quota students must be admitted to the college by submitting the appropriate certificate to get the quota.

This time 16 lakh 90 thousand 523 people have passed SSC and equivalent examinations. Of these, about 14 lakh students have applied for admission to the XI.

Board officials say some of those who have not applied for college admission will be admitted to technical education institutions, some will go abroad to study, others will drop out.

The admission process for the XI has started centrally from August 9. After completing all the steps of the admission process, the students will have to be admitted to the college between 13th to 18th September.
