How many people are affected in any district of Corona in Bangladesh


The number of people infected with coronavirus in Bangladesh has now increased to 13,060. According to the Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR) on Saturday (May 9th), a total of 638 people were infected in the country in 24 hours. Today 6 new people have died.
A total of 5,465 samples were examined and the information was given by the Department of Health. The total number of deaths in the country is 214 people. 313 new people have recovered. A total of 2,414 people went home healthy.
The death toll from Covid-19 is 63 percent for males and 26 percent for females.
Meanwhile, with the capital Dhaka, the incidence of corona has also increased in Chittagong and Mymensingh divisions.
Besides, the number of victims is on the rise in all the districts. The local transmission phase of corona transmission is going on in Dhaka City. In Dhaka alone, 56.26 per cent of the victims were identified in the city and 84 per cent in the entire Dhaka division.
Meanwhile, Dhaka City is ahead in the number of deaths. The total number of affected districts published by IEDCR is currently 64. In other words, Corona has made its mark in every district of Bangladesh.
According to the latest district-based data released by the IEDCR on Friday, a total of 8,006 people were affected in the Dhaka division alone. Of these, only 6,172 in Dhaka City, 1,137 in Narayanganj, 330 in Gazipur, 202 in Kishoreganj, 54 in Madaripur, 28 in Manikganj, 210 in Munshiganj, 181 in Narsingdi, 23 in Rajbari, 21 in Faridpur, 5 in Tangail, 31 in Tangail, 31 in Sharjah. 203 corona patients have been identified.
Meanwhile, the total number of corona patients in Chittagong is now 56. The infection rate in the department is 5.45 percent. Comilla district has been identified as the corona hotspot in Chittagong division. Infected there is growing every day. The number of corona patients in Comilla is 150. Besides, 159 people have been affected in Chittagong district, 62 in Cox's Bazar, 57 in Brahmanbaria, 50 in Laxmipur, 4 in Bandarban, 2 in Khagrachhari, 28 in Noakhali, 6 in Feni and 43 in Chandpur.
However, a grim picture can be seen in the greater Mymensingh division. In one day, 29 infected people have increased to 400 people. 204 people were affected in Mymensingh district, 102 in Jamalpur, 64 in Netrokona and 30 in Sherpur.
A total of 283 people including 24 in Gaibandha, 35 in Nilphamari, 13 in Lalmonirhat, 33 in Kurigram, 36 in Dinajpur, 23 in Thakurgaon, 69 in Rangpur district and 10 in Panchagarh have been infected with coronavirus.
A total of 211 coronavirus patients were reported in Khulna (20), Jhenaidah (34), Jessore (69), Chuadanga (23), Bagerhat (2), Magura (11), Meherpur (5), Kushtia (20), Satkhira (4) and Narail (13).
However, the situation is under control in Barisal division. However, 10 people affected by Pirojpur are now free and healthy. Besides, the number of victims in Barisal division in the last three days has remained stable. In Barisal district 48, in Barguna 34, in Patuakhali 28, in Bhola 6, in Jhalokati 13, a total of 130 patients including Kovid-19 have been identified.
A total of 173 people have been infected with the virus, including 30 in Moulvibazar, 35 in Sunamganj, 60 in Habiganj and 28 in Sylhet district.
Meanwhile, a total of 153 patients including 27 in Rajshahi district, 39 in Joypurhat, 18 in Bogra, 24 in Naogaon, 6 in Sirajganj, 12 in Natore, 12 in Chapainawabganj and 18 in Pabna have been identified.
